As a business leader, investor, Board member and leadership coach, Venkatesh has enabled multiple companies to scale up and grow.
He has held leadership roles in the equities business across Asia with JP Morgan, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank. He helped invest capital of over US$ 1 billion at the private equity arms of Australian firms Macquarie and AMP., and has served as a Director on the Boards of several companies in the financial services and infrastructure space.
Venkatesh is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, an invitation-only community of senior coaches from across the world. He was ranked among the ‘100 Most Influential and Iconic Coaching Leaders’ globally at the World Coaching Congress 2023.
Venkatesh is a certified Intelligent Leadership coach trained by John Mattone (coach to Steve Jobs). He has carried out CXO assessments, facilitated leadership workshops and conducted coaching sessions with clients across multiple sectors and geographies.
He is also the author of two Amazon #1 bestselling thrillers AgniBaan and KaalKoot, and writes a column for The Daily Guardian newspaper, where he explores the link between mindfulness and leadership.
